Annie M. Rolfe, admitted to practice in 2004, is a member of the firm’s Family Law Practice Group. She has practiced exclusively family law since February, 2005, and is currently a member of the Family Law Executive Council of the State Bar of Arizona. An associate with Waterfall Economidis since December 2006, Ms. Rolfe’s practice focuses on dissolution, annulment, paternity, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, interstate custody and support, parental relocation, grandparents’ rights, and adoption. She is a strong and fair advocate for the spouses and parents who she represents.
After growing up in Southern California, Annie Rolfe attended Yale University where she obtained her B.A. in Political Science concentrating in American Government. She attended the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona where she especially enjoyed her education and training in litigation and trials.
After law school, Ms. Rolfe worked for the City of Tucson as a prosecutor. She later joined the Tucson firm Trezza and Thrush as a member of their family law team. In 2006, Ms. Rolfe took some time off for the birth of her daughter. After returning to work as a sole practitioner, she received the phone call from Peter Economidis that brought her to Waterfall Economidis.
Ms. Rolfe lives in Vail, Arizona, with her husband, Sam, and her daughters, Addison and Peighton. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family at home.
