Barry Kirschner graduated with high distinction from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1978. After completing a two-year judicial clerkship in 1980 with Judge James A. Walsh of the United States District Court for Arizona, Mr. Kirschner entered private practice, handling a wide variety of litigation matters. With an emphasis on representing people with claims against insurance companies, his work in this area includes disability insurance claims, property loss claims, personal injury claims, health benefits and ERISA litigation. In addition to handling a variety of commercial litigation, Mr. Kirschner represents accident victims in personal injury cases, as well as investors who have been taken advantage of by brokers, dealers or investment counselors.

Mr. Kirschner enjoys an AV® rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rate given by its peer review system for quality of lawyering and professional ethics.

Mr. Kirschner has served on many boards including the University of Arizona Law College Association, Southern Arizona Legal Aid (Board President), the Arizona Center for Law in the Public Interest (Board Vice President), Arizona Center for Disabilities Law, the Hillel Foundation at the University of Arizona, and the Morning Sun Children’s School. Barry also coached soccer in his daughter’s younger years, as well as little league baseball.
