Amanda V. Damianakos

Amanda Damianakos was admitted to practice in Arizona in 2004, and is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Business and Commercial Practice Groups. She handles matters in the areas of bankruptcy, landlord tenant law and creditors’ rights. She also works with other members of the Litigation Practice Group in various areas, including construction, real estate, commercial, personal injury, wrongful death and product liability litigation, as well as criminal defense.

With special experience representing water well drillers in Southern Arizona in both civil actions and before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, Ms. Damianakos also represents claimants seeking compensation from the Arizona Registrar of Contractors’ Recovery Fund. Her practice in creditors’ rights includes representing creditors before tribal courts, work involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and wage and bank account garnishments.

She is also a member of the Southern Arizona Chapter of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association, the Pima County Bar Association and the State Bar of Arizona.
