Our story began in 1969, when Gordon Waterfall, Peter Economidis and Hugh Caldwell, Jr., established the firm and started the tradition that continues today: a commitment to excellence in client service and service to our community.

During the last four decades, Waterfall, Economidis, Caldwell, Hanshaw & Villamana has evolved into a leading Southern Arizona law firm, offering a full range of services to individuals, expanding and developing enterprises, corporate entities, national concerns and international businesses.

While much has changed since 1969, our founders’ commitment to excellence, innovation and community service has not wavered and is shared by everyone in our firm.
