For more than 25 years, John Escher’s primary practice has involved real estate and commercial transactions. Mr. Escher regularly represents title insurers and their insureds. Mr. Escher has substantial experience in the purchase, sale, leasing, financing and development of apartment buildings, office buildings, shopping centers, industrial property, hotels and restaurants and other commercial properties.

He has assisted clients with the entire process of acquiring and developing property for residential subdivisions, including the acquisition of the property, annexation, development agreements, subdivision platting, including condominiums, declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions, contracts for construction and sale of the completed units. With substantial experience in the creation, operation, purchase and sale of business entities, Mr. Escher represents a wide variety of businesses, including engineering, manufacturing, contracting, moving and storage companies, real estate development, banks, communication companies and title insurance companies.

In addition to assisting clients with real estate and business transactions, Mr. Escher has tried numerous cases to a jury verdict.

Public Service
Mr. Escher has a long record of service to the community and the profession. He is a member and the immediate past president of the Arizona Public Media Board (Tucson’s public radio and television affiliate).

In addition to serving as a board member and president of the Tucson Metropolitan Ballet and the Tucson Parks Foundation, Mr. Escher has chaired the Circle K LPGA Golf Tournament and has served as a co-chair of the Arizona State Bar Fee Arbitration Committee.
