John D. Kendall was admitted to practice in 1985. His practice concentrates primarily on complex estate planning, including comprehensive use of wills, trusts and other tax, estate and charitable planning vehicles, as well as representing clients as fiduciaries in the administration of trusts and estates. Mr. Kendall also represents nonprofit foundation clients in the formation and operation of charitable foundations, including compliance with federal and state statutes.

Mr. Kendall received an AV® rating by Martindale Hubbell’s peer review system, its highest rating for ethics and professional competence.
