After graduating cum laude from Seton Hall Law School in Newark, New Jersey in 1979, Sandy Forbes clerked for the Honorable Anne E. Thompson, United States District Judge, District of New Jersey. Ms. Forbes then joined a firm in Newark, New Jersey with an active litigation practice, and practiced primarily in the area of employment law. After relocating to Arizona in 1986, and working in a large firm in Tucson for eight years, she embarked on solo practice in 1994. Ms. Forbes joined our firm in 2008, and continues her concentration on employment-related litigation, advice and counseling.

Ms. Forbes is a past chair of the Employment and Labor Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona, and is a chapter editor for Volume 2 of the Arizona Employment Law Handbook. She is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Pima County Bar Association, Arizona Women Lawyers Association, National Employment Lawyers Association and the Arizona Employment Lawyers Association. She often serves as a presenter at seminars for attorneys and for business owners and managers.
