Steve Cox has practiced law in Arizona since 1977 and has extensive experience in a wide range of bankruptcy matters, including appeals. He represents creditors, trustees, examiners, creditorsâ€™ committees and professionals in commercial and consumer cases of all types. Mr. Cox does represent debtors in consumer cases, as a debt relief agency, and he also handles select commercial cases for debtors.
In addition to having a broad bankruptcy practice, Mr. Cox also handles a wide variety of creditorsâ€™ rights matters, including prejudgment replevin, attachment and garnishments, and trusteeâ€™s sales, along with mortgage, deed of trust and tax lien foreclosures. Mr. Cox is admitted to practice before several tribal courts in Arizona. He also serves as a guardian ad litem for minors and protected persons. On occasion he also serves as a mediator and an arbitrator for the Pima County Superior Court.
