Steve Cox has practiced law in Arizona since 1977 and has extensive experience in a wide range of bankruptcy matters, including appeals. He represents creditors, trustees, examiners, creditors’ committees and professionals in commercial and consumer cases of all types. Mr. Cox does represent debtors in consumer cases, as a debt relief agency, and he also handles select commercial cases for debtors.
In addition to having a broad bankruptcy practice, Mr. Cox also handles a wide variety of creditors’ rights matters, including prejudgment replevin, attachment and garnishments, and trustee’s sales, along with mortgage, deed of trust and tax lien foreclosures. Mr. Cox is admitted to practice before several tribal courts in Arizona. He also serves as a guardian ad litem for minors and protected persons. On occasion he also serves as a mediator and an arbitrator for the Pima County Superior Court.
